Action by Vernon Wagner against Harry Peiffer and the Home Mutual Casualty Company commenced on January 9, 1950 for damages,
alleging that Peiffer was negligent in the operation of his automobile and as a proximate result of such negligence Wagner
suffered serious personal injuries as well as property damage. On April 18, 1950, Harry Peiffer commenced action against Vernon Wagner and the Milwaukee Automobile Insurance Company for
damages caused by Wagner's negligence in driving his automobile so as to collide with Peiffer's car.
